mission

Numerous major recording labels and management firms throughout the world facilitate the release of product everyday and each has a foundation or principle behind the decisions on which material is released.  In an industry that involves billions of dollars every year it is safe to say that companies produce what they speculate will be a commercial success.  Ultimately, it still becomes the option of the public whether to purchase or not.  In most instances, the quantity of acts and product released reigns over the quality of acts and product released.

Procedures are different at IAM, a burgeoning up-start management company.  IAM prides itself on the intimacy provided to each and every aspect of its business practices.  Thus, more time is involved in every department from personnel to artist relations to interacting with outsource affiliates.  That attention to detail and intimacy has spawned an operational mantra… “The passion quotient,” and with that in mind an IAM artist will not worry of becoming just another “roster act.”  Company development as well as creative development goes hand in hand with the philosophy of breaking the mold at every given opportunity.  IAM also has the vision of Latino artists becoming more innovative and groundbreaking.  “The time has come to show the world something different.  IAM wants to redefine what is expected of a Latino Artist.  Simply because one is of Latin decent does not mean that they should conform to ‘traditional Spanish’ music, especially when they have the ability and desire to do other genres of music.”

IAM is definitely on the right path towards great achievement.  Currently it is in full gear ready to develop a handful of projects- including male and female vocal soloists and pop/cross-over Latin male and female rap acts.  IAM has also formed strategic alliances with other production entities specializing in Latin/Urban/Pop music.  These acts will be marketed and promoted commercially to directly compete with other pop success stories, but with the ability and opportunity to market, promote and sell records to an entirely separate but economically viable demographic… the Latino market.

IAM aims to become a positive beacon of hope for aspiring recording artists as well as other young entertainment companies.  The goal of IAM is to develop into a full multimedia company with interests in Film, Television, Radio, and Artist Management.

IAM is sure to be a force in the Entertainment Industry by ….
Redefining what is expected for a Latino Artist!
